Will Call Customers
As we enter into a new heating season, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your business and the confidence you have placed in us as your propane supplier.
We want to pass on this reminder to those customers not on our automatic keep full program. These are will-call customers. Will call customers are responsible to call when they need a fill up. Please read and understand the following: we will adhere to the charges mentioned below for those who do not follow the rules:
Your cooperation in ordering while you still have an ample supply to meet your needs is ESSENTIAL. We recommend that you call us to place an order when your tank’s gauge reads 30%. This should give you enough supply until we arrive with your delivery.
Our emergency delivery service is intended for problems you have no control over, such as equipment failure. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO LETTING YOURSELF RUN OUT OF FUEL.
If we must make a delivery because a will-call customer runs out of product during normal delivery hours and or out-of-route delivery, a $75.00 pre-paid delivery charge will apply. If a delivery after normal delivery hours (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday), a $125.00 pre-paid delivery charge will be required. We require a minimum delivery of 1/2 the tank’s capacity. (i.e. a 500-gallon tank would require 250 gallons minimum delivery; 2-120 gallon tanks would require 120 gallons minimum delivery, etc.) There will be no exceptions!
If you want to be on our automatic keep full program you must be signed up for one of the ProGas Advantages Programs. (ProPay, ProCard, ProTect 1, or ProTect 2) and you must be current with all open invoices or payments.
