We are pleased to offer our ProTect 1 and ProTect 2 Programs to help you manage your energy costs. With our guaranteed price program you receive a fixed price for propane during the term of your agreement for the gallons contracted for.
What’s the difference between ProTect 1 and ProTect 2?
ProTect 1 is a pre-buy pre-pay (pay in advance) program. ProTect 2 is a pre-buy with ProPay (12 equal monthly payments) program.
What happens if you need more propane than number of gallons you bought?
Any additional gallons needed above the pre-bought amount will be billed at the prevailing rate at the time of delivery.
Can I pre-buy at anytime?
No. The deadline for signing up is August 30 unless the prebuy propane supply is depleted prior to the deadline date. No exceptions.
